My duplex neighbors and I requested four estimates for roof replacement from four very highly-rated (Google, BBB, NextDoor) local roofing companies. W'burg Roofing's estimate was comparable in price, but considerably better than the others in materials and labor warranties, written terms and conditions' details, coverage for accidental damage during construction, and (especially) high-quality parts and installation procedures.
Communication with Tim (via text and in person) was prompt and excellent; he answered all questions clearly and completely with helpful explanations.
There was great care taken and attention to detail in each and every part of the work. The one issue that I brought to Tim's attention after the end of the first day on the job was resolved before the end of the second day. Clean-up, especially at the end of the work, was excellent. Our roof is quite large and complicated in its design, but Tim, Mike and their crews ensured that there was enough time and personnel to do the highest-quality construction and finishing on a roof that will last decades longer than the one that they replaced.*****
